    • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
    • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement.
    • Replaced products will be delivered within 5–7 working days after approval.
  2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

    • We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
    • Refunds are applicable only if the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced.
    • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  3. Conditions for Replacement

    • Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
    • The product must be returned through a trackable courier service as advised by our support team.
